The district of El Escobar celebrates their Fiestas in August in honour of the Virgen de las Nieves. Many locals and visitors come to the annual pilgrimage that takes place in the streets of this small district with the image of the Virgen and the locals dressed as public authorities and security forces celebrating a big party full of joy and happiness.

There are also fireworks, traditional local cuisine with the Migas con tajás, big mass and children activities.
