Living room with fireplace (included in the price of the house), television and homecinema, dining room and fully furnished kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, etc). There are three comfortable bedrooms with exterior windows, two of which have double beds and the other with two single beds. Next to the bedrooms is the fully equipped bathroom. All the rooms of the house have their central heating radiator system.free WIFI connectivity in all the rooms of the house.Exterior Services: We have two porches with enough surface and furniture according to the house, one at the main entrance and the other at the back overlooking the garden, pool, rockery, etc.. The garden surrounding the house has an approximate surface of 600 m2, totally covered with grass and where there are a variety of fruit trees. Integrated in the garden and in the back area of the house is the swimming pool, totally fenced in wood with dimensions of 10x5 m, equipped with lighting, fully automatic purifier and its own shower. Available during the months of June, July, August and September (depending on the weather, opening may be brought forward or delayed (please consult)). Next to the house and the swimming pool there is a toilet and changing room (shower with screen, washbasin, toilet) and next to it there is a barbecue, sink, washing machine and wood oven (fully covered).
