Due to the success of reservations for the same visit on the 27th of February in which the places were sold out in 48 hours, the Department of Tourism has decided to carry out a second edition of the same free guided tour for next Sunday the 6th of March entitled: Cehegín, of palaces, nobility and devotions. 2nd edition
The meeting point will be at the Plaza del Alpargatero in the centre of the city of Cehegín at 11.30 am.
Get to know our heritage through the modern history of Cehegín and its most precious jewel, its historic quarter. We will visit the coats of arms and ancestral homes that tell us about the lineages and lordships that gave our town the aesthetics that we can enjoy today, as well as the enormous and monumental temples where the Cehegineros of the time focused their devotion on the patron saints who were the protectors of the town.
If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions or for reasons beyond the control of the Tourist Office, all those who booked will be notified well in advance. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes and footwear.
